Pride Weekend

Last weekend was a busy one that consisted of haircuts, movies and sushi on Saturday, while Sunday was filled with "Pride."

Eric went to the U.S. vs Mexico soccer game at Soldier Field. The U.S. team scored in 74th minute to win the Gold Cup title. He was filled with pride for our country... and filled with beer.

Meanwhile I was supporting all at the Gay Pride Parade. It is one of the biggest in the country, with around 450,000 folks on the route down Halsted and Broadway. Everyone was having a great time and enjoying themselves. I was filled with pride for my petite friend, and she would have been proud that I was filled with margs :)
