January sure did fly by for not having many plans. Last Friday morning, we woke up to a ton of snow. It was very pretty outside when I took the dog out at 6am. The sidewalks were impossible to walk on since they were not shoveled, so it was weird seeing people walking in the middle of the street, using tire tracks on their way to the train. It reminded me of a zombie movie.... or maybe it was just me feeling like a zombie so early in the AM. I loved how the snow gathered on the side of our building on the individual ledges of the brick...
This past Friday night was a Happy Hour for Mr. Eric. His assistant and myself organized a little gathering at a neighborhood pub for some beers toasting his successes. Lots of coworkers and friends stopped by and we had a great time! The rest of the weekend consisted of hanging out with friends, and watching sports. Keela sho does love herself some KU basketball when she can get it!! Slaughtering Missouri Tigers is her favorite!
