Eric's birthday was on Friday - so we had a weekend of celebration. That night we hit the Bulls game, then went for a glass of vino out with his buddy Dave from high school. Saturday, Eric's old college buddy Chris Whalen came to town for a work conference, so the three of us met up with our neighbors Matt and Layney, and another friend Andy, for a great Italian dinner. Then we went out to meet other friends for more birthday celebrations. Eric had a blast, and it was a great time with everyone. Now we're settling in for a spell of non-shenanigan weekends.
