Oh how we love the Lanes "Trains." They flew in on Thursday eve for a long weekend of relaxation and fun. We had a hoot and a holler! As Cassie told me on the phone before she left, "the beauty of this trip is that we don't have much planned and I love it."

Took them on the Architectural Boat Tour on Sunday after a lazy morning and some good food.......

We had a ridiculously good dins on Friday night at one of Cassie and Chris's favorite restaurants called Avec. It's a very small place in the West Loop - holy yummy!

Friday afternoon we headed down to the sailboat for some sun and good times with Ross and Mac. This was post sea gull pooping on Chris's shirt..... oh how we laughed at his expense :)

Ross Vogel was also in town... he was also in Miami w/ us for the Orange Bowl. He likes to vacation with us.
