I went out for my friend Ellen's birthday on Saturday night (Eric left for a week long work trip that AM) and lo and behold, a Speckled Hen can appeared at the waitress station right before my eyes. Who knew back in November that Ward was so trendy.
Unfortunately for the Hen, she was not sampled that night. I was in the company of a Crown Imports/Corona employee and true Irishmen, drinking their Guinness.
