Yep - that is the name of a bar that I enjoyed for the first time after a Cubs game this past Saturday - Uncle Fatty's Rum Resort. It has all the frozen beachy type cocktails, tiki bar decor, a sand area to kick back in a lawn chair, and shuffleboard and corn hole. It is like college spring break on crack. Or the Sandbar in Lawrence x 20. I loved it. I went with some girlfriends and we had a ball. I was very annoyed with my camera though because the battery died. Here are some promo pics. Eric has not had the pleasure of this establishment, but he is a fan of the giant Corona bottles in the windows.
